Call for Applications: Data Analysis Consultant
Catalyst for Social Research and Transformation (CSRT) is seeking a Data Analysis Expert to support a 360-degree capacity assessment aimed at strengthening operations, governance, programs, and sustainability mechanisms for a partner organization expanding its education, health, and nutrition initiatives.
Role Overview
The consultant will work closely with CSRT’s team to analyze qualitative and quantitative data gathered across multiple organizational domains and provide actionable insights that will inform strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clean, organize, and analyze field data across thematic areas:
- Governance & Leadership
- Human Resource Systems
- Financial Management
- Program Management
- Infrastructure & ICT
- Safeguarding
- M&E Systems
- Donor and Community Engagement
2. Generate clear, insightful reports and visualizations.
3. Support interpretation and presentation of findings.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in data analysis within the NGO or development sector
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SPSS, Power BI, or similar
- Experience working with multi-sectoral data sets
- Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information clearly
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
